Yes Bay Lodge Blog Report-June 26, 2018

Partly cloudy skies with no rain made for a dry day but the wind was a bit gusty. The North wind kept most of our boats to bottom-fishing today to where we could get out of the wind into calmer waters. This has been the case for the past couple of days but it doesn't change the fact that we always have spots to go and fish if any winds do kick up. We had to release a few of the bigguns today with stories of 60-80 pound Halibut being caught. Here is the action from today...

More of a bottom-fishing day today for the lodge with just a couple Halibut caught. Stay tuned as the lodge begins to fill up this week as we will be searching hard for the fish...

Yes Bay Lodge Blog Report-June 22, 2018

Things are clicking along here for the summer start at Yes Bay as more guests start to show up and get out fishing! The Kings are a little hit and miss at the moment but they still have been making their appearance on the dock. We start to build in guest numbers for the week so here in a few days or so the entire fleet will be searching for some regicide...

Yes Bay Lodge Blog Report-June 21, 2018

OK...So it has been along time but it has officially began! Yes Bay Lodge 2018 summer has officially kicked off and are excited for what it will bring. We have sent out the guides who aren't taking guests to get some fishing in along with the handful of guests that we have in house. Very successful start to our season with the weather, great crew, and of course some fishing!
